First of all if you are looking for general Slingbox information you should check out the FAQ section on this site. The general FAQ area is here. These pages have a ton of general information on the Slingbox.

But what is you need direct support for a problem? First of all you can enter a question in one of the forums. You do this by going here and clicking on "Start a New Forum Thread" you can then submit your question and select the appropriate forum that matches your topic.

Before you do that, we highly recommend you read this on how to submit a good question.

If your forum post does not resolve your problem you may have to contact Sling Media directly for support.

Depending on where you live or where you Slingbox is located you need to go to the correct site.
