Link not valid. No version for Windows 2000. And with the release of V2.0 of the player the earlier versions are being disabled. Feel cheated? Feel lied to? Have windows 2k? Either pay to upgrade to XP (and then Vista once Microsoft gets it actually working and forces you to stop using XP) and upgrade your hardware or take your Slingbox and toss it and get MythTV... And you won't have to worry about Sling turning your very expensive hardware into trash...
Sling Media Announces Build For Windows 2000
Sling Media is always listening to its users, and its users have demanded support for Windows 2000, a popular OS still in use in many corporate network environments. Sling Media has a BETA build of the SlingPlayer software available for Windows 2000 users, which they can find in the SlingPlayer download area of the Sling Media Website.
