It was just last week Sling Media announced that SlingCatcher, the long-awaited gadget for viewing your Slingbox, computer, and other media on a TV, would be available for pre-order. Anytime you see a pre-order, you have to assume that means the real deal isn't all that far behind.

Evidence that 'soon' may actually be 'soon', the Gizmodo-ers happend to get a little hands on time with Sling Media's upcoming wonder-gadget, and by the looks of the names on the video screen, it looks like Sling's doing the showing off. 

If what we see here is indeed the final, it looks like the three core features we've been waiting for are accounted for and present:

SlingCatcher for TV - Watch your home TV sources on Any TV

SlingProjector - Watch any computer media on your TV

SlingSync - Load/play digital media to a storage device connected to the SlingCatcher
