I have a UK Slingbox and for over a year have suffered the repeated dis-connetion problem. I have installed a time switch buit even this does not cure the problem.

I have read the complaints made by customers, that they receive no help from the manufacturer. This is not a problem for me....sell the Slingbox and never buy from the Manufacturer any other product. It is easy to make a "quick Buck", get a bad reputation and provide zero 'After-sales-service|". You have to EARN a good reputation: If Slingbox's C.E.O. realises this, maybe someone can stop the problem that so many customers have experienced.
Adios!

I like the features of v2.0 but there are several bugs that I documented in the beta that still haven't been fixed:

My cable provider (Comcast) handset is not fully functional: No "Swap" button (I have to go to a menu to swap), the "instant replay" button and "live" button still don't work.

When in full screen mode that application doesn't show up in the "alt-tab" list. Also, no program icon in the active programs tray at the bottom of the screen. Hence, when I'm trying to multitask it's hard to swap back and forth to the Slingplayer.

This is pretty basic stuff you'd think they would have worked out before releasing the product.
