The Slingbox uses the same remote codes as "One For All" remote controls and most "Radio Shack" remote controls, therefore if you can't find a code for your device and you want to search to see if a code for a different brand will work, in addition to searching these forums, you could also search the following forums...

1) Remote Central
http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/mboard/rc-one4all/list.cgi

2) Hifi-Remote.com
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/

If you find the right code, but it's not in the Slingbox, post whatever info you found about the code and it can probably be added to the Slingbox.

If you can't find the right code that way, you could also check the file section at Remote Central to see if there's a Pronto file for your device, as we can use these files to create codes for the Slingbox.

I just got the latest DVR from Directv (Model R15) and the remote is not working with any of the "canned" IR codes. Any suggestions on how I can make it work?

To the best of my knowledge, the R15 uses the same code as the D10, which is SAT/1377. This code is only available for the PL boxes (ie, blaster 2.1), it's not available on the older JU boxes (ie, blaster 2.0).

Thanks :)

I have a newer PL (serial 508...)
So when I am setting up under "device brand and model" what would one select?

Got it... Thanks! At least I now can power up/down and change channels

Any idea what the code for an Anthem AVM 30 processor might be? I want to use the 2nd zone feature of the AVM30 to switch between more than one source for my sling box.

Thanks!

There are several upgrades for Anthem in the Audio folder over at JP1:

Saw that, didn't see one specifically for the AVM 30, I'll try some different codes to see which one works with mine. Thanks!
