I have a XBOX gaming adapter and I am trying to use it to connect to my wireless network. The XBOX has an area to configure the adapter, but I cannot figure out how to configure the adapter once it is connected to the Slingbox.
I have tried it with WEP disabled and this did not work.
I have been able to get the slingbox to work properly while connected directly to the hub.

I installed the slingbox the other day wirelessly to the xbox gaming adapter without any issues. So, a cheap solution for wireless connection would be the xbox gaming adapter.

If you get your adapter to work with the xbox, then it will absolutely work with the slingbox. It is crucial that you power your slingbox and adapter off first. Then plug the ethernet cable from the adapter into the slingbox. Turn on the adapter first. Give it about one minute to be safe. Then powerup your slingbox. All should work well.
