I am about to get a Buffalo Linktheater, a media hub device, and would like to connect it to my Slingbox. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there an IR code set for another product that would work with it?

Thanks in advance,

Rick

Yes, I too would really like this so I added it to the "read this first" post: http://www.slingcommunity.com/forum/t...

Doesn't the DVD, Other, Code 48 work acceptably?

My problem is that the SlingPro won't recognise the input as PAL insisting it's NTSC so I get nasty horizontal bars across the middle of the picture.

The other problem I have is that a Nokia On Digital Freeview box gets recognised as PAL fine but the remote codes in any list seem to be innefective :-(

Will post details of the device on the other thread.

Sorry to dig an old thread, but did anyone get an answer to this one?

I tried DVD, Other, Code 48 but with no success at all.

Any help appreciated. The linktheater is the main device that I want to sling and at the moment I can'tFrown

OK. Did some more research on other forums.

Currently trying out the following code.

DVD_Other_Code101

Seems to operate basic functions to control the LinkTheater remotely.
