You can find your list of subscribed items by holding your mouse over "My Account", and clicking "My Library" from the drop down menu. Once in your library, click the "My Subscriptions" Tab. There you can see a list of threads you're subscribed to, as well as unsubscribe from any thread you no longer wish to monitor.
