Friends and Family should include a select range of slingbox serial numbers!

Just wanted you to know that Mark, in tech support was awesome! He helped my husband (who hates new toys and technical things) hook up our slingbox so that all of my devices work... Replay, DVD player/recorder and cable.

We had a difficult problem (had to have the DVD recorder on, in order to hear the replay), this of course would be a problem, as it would cancel the timer recording if the dvd was on.

I spoke with Mark's supervisor, so that he would know what a great job that Mark did. Normally tech support only deals with people who are excited about getting their product to work.

Mark, dealt with a person that was not the 'typical' consumer. Thanks again. Jo
