hello Peter I have the same problem, did you manage to get the codes for this cable box? I noted that nobody reply to your question (now our problem). Thanks a lot for any reply.

This its the best info I ca give You about this... Its the troubleshoot slnig has on their page: 

  • If the manufacturer is listed, but not your specific device, try similar devices from the same manufacturer. Often the same code works for different devices.
  • If you don’t see your manufacturer at all, be sure to check the list for the service provider. For example, your TiVo might be manufactured by Humax, which isn’t on the manufacturers list, however TiVo is and the codes listed for TiVo work for all TiVo makes.
  • As a last resort, choose “Other” from the list and try the codes listed there.


If your Audio/Video device is not in our IR/Remote Control database, Please let us know. We are updating the list with every update to the software and your input will help us make sure that we are capturing the most popular devices.--------------------------------------

 You can try to Email them and see if theres any positive answer abut this, but try thr Other and see if it works to at least control the basics.

Hi Bruno,

I am trying to find out if there are any SlingPlayer versions that are not comparable with the file C2009 for NET Digital. Is this the same file from Jean Philip or PeterF?

What SlingPlayer version (s) are you using/used with the C2009 for Thomson/RCA DCI 1000?
