Ok, i was wondering, is it ok to keep the slingbox active all the time? on 24/7/365 ???? i just got the slingbox and LOVE it. but was wondering about this.. are there any instances where it should be kept off?? i dunno.........

im sure its ok to keep on but i just wanted the final word from the sling community. THANKS!

yes it is ok to keep it on all the time..
most ppl use this for when they are travelling..
so obviously it is kept on for very long periods of time without a problem..
just like you keep cable modems/routers etc on all the time..
you keep sling on all the time..

You gotta love sling, i just got it and although my next travel plan is in february or so, im thinking of all the times i missed having slings on my travels! i think of all the boring hotel rooms with boring/foreign tv!
