I had to use regedit and remove all references to SlingPlayer Mobile.

If you are NOT familiar with the registry I reccomend you DO NOT do this. You can really screw up your PC if you make a mistake.

If you are willing to try MAKE A BACKUP OF THE REGISTRY FIRST.
The do a search for SlingPlayer Mobile and remove all references
