Hi,
I bought the PAL version of the Slingbox at PCWorld on a businesstrip in the UK last week, just after it launched.
The set top box I'd like to control is the ADB iCan3100tw. It is an IPTV set top box used by Telefonica for their Imagenio IPTV service.
The manual (with pictures) for the box and the remote can be found at:
http://www.telefonicaonline.com/on/io...
The remote is manufactured by UEI and contains the 4 JP1 pins, however I gave up after reading a bit into it.
What I did do is learn the codes with my ProntoProNG RU980 (almost identical to the US ProntoProNG TSU7000
I've made two files, one for the RU980 and one for the TSU7000 which can be downloaded here: http://bamamedia.com/imagenio/imagenio.rar
(you need prontoproedit NG which can be downloaded from www.remotecentral.com to read the IR codes)
Now, what I need help with is to turn these codes into something that my slingbox (PAL) can understand.
If anyone of Slingmedia is reading this, and is keen to give inclusion of europe's leading IPTV service a go.......
Here's the support page with all technical documentation:
http://www.telefonicaonline.com/on/pu...
And here's the official documentation of the remote:
http://www.telefonicaonline.com/on/io...
I hope you can help me out.
Kind regards,
Bastian

Hola,
El deco de Telefonica es un ADB pero lee los infrarojos de codigos Kreatel para mantener la compatibilidad con los antiguos teclados y mandos.
Yo tengo controlado Imagenio desde el Nevo de la iPaq con códigos de Kreatel.

Hi Manolito, No luck I'm afraid. None of the ADB codes work, and there are no Kreatel codes in the database yet.... It is also (for the time being) impossible to insert your own codes. Thanks for the suggestion though. -B
