You need to provide additional info for anyone to try and help.


What is your setup at home (broadband, router, operating systems, etc) and how do you have everything connected?

What steps have you completed? Where are you getting the message?

Sorry, New at this.  Fixed it myself, though.  My firewall was on.  Turned it off, loaded S/W, turned it back on; problem solved.
