I am thinking about getting a slingbox but have a a question about it. I live in Germany and plan on buying one and having it installed at my parents house back in the U.S. So when I decide to use my slingbox do I have to watch whatever they are watching back in the U.S. or can I watch whatever channnel I choose that is available with their current cable package.

For Example: I want to Watch a Big Ten football game on Saturday, I want to see the The Iowa Hawkeyes v. whomever, but my dad wants to watch the Notre Dame game, am I stuck watching the Notre Dame game.
