Hello kwyeung8...hey..me just received the AV yesterday. Tried the whole of last night but only cld get audio via remote viewing (no Video signal). Could you share how is your set-up like. Yah, i guess cos it is new producvt here, we cld hardly find support in that sense.it's sad that the remote couldn't work. btw, my set-up as follows:

2Wire 2700HG wireless router, port opening done.

Taking the AV out from the digital set top box. 

any tips wld be wonderful. hope to hear from you.

Hi kwyeung8, tks..yes i use the component av cables, i will test the s-video 2nite to see if it works. got a pal who use to work in SCV..going to ask him what is our generic set-top box brand to try on the ir remotes..stay tune for updates..chao..

 I still can't get the remote controller working, need some help, my ir blaster is version 4, firmware is 1.0.10, when ever i key in c2000, it tell me unable to get the ir map
