Yellow Line going down the middle of the screen

There is a huge yellow line that goes down the middle of the screen and is see through. It is on every channel and my cable is working fine so it has to be the slingbox. Does anyone know how to make it dissapear?

Is your problem anything like this?? We need more info on what your source is and what kind of computer you're using to view.. Does it work at home but not outside?, etc...
