Do you all leave your slingbox on 24-7?

It has no on-off or standby button so I have to turn it off at the plug. I love the slingbox but only use when away on business which is about once a week, so when at home seems pointless leaving it on. Do you all just leave it on or just turn it on when needed? I just worry about it unnecessarily heating up when left on for no reason and wearing it out sooner, and of course wasting electrictiy. Should I stop worrying and just leave it always on?

I leave mine on all the time. Have never had a problem with the box. In fact, see my "Member Since:" info next to my name. That's about when I powered up my first box and it's always plugged in. Smile

Have a Sansa device or MP3 player, then check out The latest!
