I'm a sling lover and I live in Vegas. CES is a little over powering for me. What kind of a hand do you need? I do a lot to be a beta tester on my Treo 700p.
Actually, the only reason I was thinking of going to CES was to visit the Sling display. Where is your booth located?
If you need suggestions on good pubs in the area let me know.

Matt I will be there, I am getting in town tommorow.
Should I bring my AT&T UVerse Remote (Motorola VIP1216) with me so the Sling Guys can learn its IR, as its the only thing I cant control with my slingbox. :)

SlingCommunity doesn't have a booth at the show, but I'm headed there to cover Sling Media for SlingCommunity... and other things for TechLore.com, the other site I manage. I'll be hanging around the Sling booth quite a bit at the show in an attempt to dig as much info out of them as possible. SlingCatcher, for example, looks very exciting, and I hope to learn as much about it as possible and share that info with the rest of you.
If you're around, feel free to stop by the Sling Media booth. I'll do my best to be there between 1:00 and 2:00 on Monday and Tuesday, though I'll be there at much more than that those two days if you just want to randomly pop by. As far as lending a hand, I'd love to get the perspective of show goers about Sling Media's presence there, their new showings, etc. I know CES is a busy time for everyone, so we can coordinate efforts after CES if necessary.
I look forward to meeting everyone who has time to swing by!
