I have several questions, can anybody help me with answers! (1) What are the duties of WAN Server IP address and WAN Port number on the slingbox? (2) Which is faster WAN or LAN?(3) Which is Faster the Xbox, PSP2, PSP3 or the slingbox?(4) If WAN is slower than LAN, then why do all the high speed gaming routers use the WAN Sever IP address and WAN Sever Port number when most games like the Xbox and PSP are connected to the Internet via LAN? (5) Is Quality of service (QoS) and Prioritizing packet data the same on all routers? (6)Which is the fastest router for the slingbox or all about the same? (7)which router would you recommend to me? (8)When packet data leaves my slingbox where does it go or is processed again or stopped before going out to the Internet? (9) Do all routers use fragmentation software, if so which router has the best and fastest fragmentation technology? (10) Do cable/DSL modems defrag slingbox packet data?(11) Does the slingbox have a data timing software problem? (12)which have faster speeds on the slingbox video or audio? Which is faster wifi, a edge network, 3G, EVDO?(13) Which mobile device will I get the best slinging experience? (14)Which slingbox model is the best?(15) Oh! can the WAN side of the slingbox be use to enhance the sling experience? Thank you in advance for your help and answers....!

I want thank the kind gentle from Slingmedia for going over my threads this morning! My experience with him was very enlightening to the utmost. He was very impress with my thread, (All though he is not allowed to make statements on this website) "Gamefuel Truly Sling up (Kbps) Speed" he explain the difference between the LAN and Wan. The LAN connection, he said and I quote" is for my connection inside my home and the WAN is for Internet connection outside my home back to my slingbox",Yeah! (GameFuel Technology Works) Mr. Know it all, (NA9D) said that WAN is for wifi, yesterday, read my old thread last page, last thread by (NA9D)! He was dead wrong, according to slingmedia. People need to stop acting like they know it all when they don't! All of you remember that (NA9D) said that it was impossible for me or anybody else to get on a mobile device more than 384 Kbps using a Edge network. Slingmedia said, YES! it's possible to get higher than 384 Kbps on a Edge network or even higher on a 3G EVDO network. The SlingCommunity throught I was lying when I told all you, I can get higher than 384 Kbps on my Dash! Now, who do you believe (NA9D) or Slingmedia.? Do all routers Defrag packet data? Do all routers have defrag software? Huh! To all Moderators please answer all the above questions! You will not find the answers on Google! Thanks Mr. Matt for killing my other thread, you can kill a man, but you can never kill a ideal......................! Racism and prejudice should never have a place on this website...........! You know how we roll with, Speed...................!

I agree, racism and prejudice do not have a place on SlingCommunity. We're all friends here.
Closing your forum thread was not a personal attack against you, so I'm sorry if you took it that way. I received a large number of complaints about your last thread, and when the community speaks in droves, I listen. If you have a problem with my decision, I'd be happy to discuss it with you privately.
It's unfortunate that you've gone ahead and created another thread with the sole purpose of beating the same dead horse. You've made your point... several times over. Right or wrong, you don't need to make it again. Let the readers of the SlingCommunity decide, and if they want more information from you about this topic, they can contact you via private message.
Please don't create another thread on this topic.
Thank you.
