Tried two different XP Pro machines.  Both machines are giving me "Not a valid Win32 Application".   Disabled anti-virus software.  Have downloaded from multiple machines, multiple times to no avail.

 Anyone else experiencing this issue?   Is this for updating only and not "fresh install"?
