What has happened to you if you have never been able to connect, despite you been on the phone for hour after hour with technical help, did you get your money back for the box?

I was just wondering as that’s what has happened to me I was going to peruse to get a refund as there is no way I can connect remotely, ok at home and technical support are no use, they don’t know the problem and as I said I have phoned them loads and loads of time and still cant connect, they go through the same thing every time I phone and I keep telling them “that’s what we have tried the last time………” even though they give me a ref number for the next time still I have to go through it all over again just not to be able to connect, so I will be demanding my money back!!
