when the phones open again monday, is there anyone anyone has found that is especially knowledgeable about macs?

thanks for the concern tim, my slingplayer has the flu, but its a mac and I'm nursing her back to health. Spoke to another supervisor at the phone support today, and they said that they were escalating the case to help fix the bugs in the new mac version. I spoke to Diego and he said that they are commiting a lot more of their resources towards making the mac slingplayer work correctly for those with similar issues (I guess they have gotten a lot of calls on this). Its nice that we have this forum to share knowledge beyond what we learn from the phone support team... I will keep ya up to date as I hear more

Gee, why don't you state your problem here instead of just complaining about Sling Medai?
Many of us have been beta testing the Mac software for months on end and we pretty much know what is and is not an issue.

thanks for the input, as I mentioned I would love to tap ino the knowledgebase here. perhaps we got off on the wrong foot.... I am not "just complaining about slingmedia", that is kind of ridiculous, right? I have several different posts on the board, so you can easily see what my configuration is and what I am trying to accomplish. I'm a pretty happy preson, maybe I came off the wrong way, sorry if I did. Thanks for your response,
