First off let me say I think it would be "hell" to work for Gordon Ramsey.

I just got done watching the first show of the season. What a bunch of crybaby's! Gordon's gonna go crazy on these kids.

I don't know how these people get chosen for the show. I mean, in the end they ARE supposed to be running a real kitchen. Right?

I admire Ramsay  for not grabbing a paring knife and doing some damage to these guys.

yes I know what you mean.  It's all for entertainment but dang where did they get the crew this season?

If this were a voting thing like american idol ; the first shows eliminations would have been so easy.

 The Girls Side:

I would have canned the whole womens team with exception of three  people.

1) Melissa- the line cook ....she cooked the only dish that Gordon  thought was nice and tasty

2) Julia - the short order cook.....I think there's a chef someone where within  plus she seems receptive to learning

J3) Joanna - the chef's assistant, would seem to be the most likely to succeed based on experience however she's too decietful for me.

The Boys Side:

First off AARON has GOT  to go. Sadly he works as a cook in a retirement home.  One can only hope that he's a cleaner cook then he displayed in Hell's Kitchen.

I'd have to see more of the other guys to make a decision on who would go after him.   From what I saw of the show EVERYONE needs to step up their game to win.
