Try running Slingbox Setup Assistant again and look for incorrect changes caused by the software and/or firmware update. If you get a "no video source" error, just keep going and check the correct type of video connection that you have.
I just downloaded the new version of the Mac player, updated the firmware, went through the setup again, and at the last step "checking authorization" it gets an error, then the player won't work... Any ideas what is going on here? At least it still works on my Treo, so I guess the slingbox is working OK.

Sideman7,
It's not you, it's me. We're experiencing an issue on our end that we're actively working and hope to resolve shortly. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Slingbox SOLO w/ ASUS Wireless Bridge streaming TiVo Series3
Zatz Not Funny!
After the latest update, I no longer can run 2 versions of sling player so I can view both of my slingboxes at same time! I used to be able to copy the sling player and name it Sling player B and run 2 versions A & B at same time... allowing me to watch one left and right at same time. Updated sling player now says "Running Multiple SlingPlayer instances .... SlingPlayer alredy running"
Is there a work around?
nope only one instance of the player can be running at a time since verions 195 (1.0)

That is a shame.... it was a nice feature to be able to monitor 2 events at once!
It's not the version#! it was the firmware update.... I even tried it using old player! I wish they would advise us of "upgrades" that end up being a DOWNGRADE!
