Got some family in Hamburg, Germany and I am looking for an isp with a decent upload speed. So far I found 2:

Kabel Deutschland 16mbits down/ 768 kbits up for 29,- euro

Tele2 16mbits down/1 mbit up for 39,- euro

Anyone knows about any other options.

Thanks,

Those options don't sound bad.  I got my dsl with deutsche telekom in a package deal and pay 45 euro for 6000 kbits down and 576 kbits up.  For 5 euro's more per month you get 16000 kbits down and 1 mbit up.  That includes the phone connection and flat rate calling to other fixed lines in germany.

I think kabel is the way to go though...they just don't have it where I am around Stuttgart.

T-Home VDSL with Deutsche Telekom

VDSL25    25MB down 5 MB up      ca.70 Euro

VDSL50    50MB down 10MB up     ca.80 Euro

In Hamburg and big Cities of Germany available.
