Hi Stinebiz,
Are you using the HD Connect with your Comcast cable box, or are you plugged in via S-Video/Composite?

OK, I've got my slingbox Pro w/comcast DVR setup in PA and I'm remotely viewing in Italy. works great, but I do occationaly get the dredded "0x8007274c" error fairly regularly...but that's another post.
Anyway, Comcast in PA broadcasts the major netwoks on two different channels (i.e. channel 2 is CBS, channel 212 is digital CBS). I prefer the digital because the picture seems a little clearer...the problem is, when I put it on one of the digital channels, then i try to use my remote control, most buttons do not work. the screen shows activity, but no change on the screen. Fortunately, the chennel up and down works, so I have to channel down till I'm off the digital series. I, for the life of me, can't figure out what would cause this and what the root of the problem is.
Any ideas?

I'm connected using S-video...no no HD attachment. Actually, I think the s-video and composite cables are connected.
Are you set up for your correct box? Also, are the IR blasters set up in the best spot?
