hi!

I have a PRO box which was perfectly working. Two days ago it got stuck and I had to reset it. Now I can remotely watch it ONLY when I use the IP adress. When I try to connect to it through the Finder, the player displays the error " 0x9234006E ". The port 5001 is free.

Can somebody help me please ?

Luis, I got you email, Answering here.

If you reset the pro, you need to re-run the setup wizard and tell it to turn on remove viewing.
let us know if that takes care of it.

Thank you for the answer. I did it, no result. Actually, I do not recall being offered, during the setup, such an option. I just did the remote viewing setup as a step within the box's setup.

What is strange is that I CAN remotely view it using the IP adress !!
