I have a Scientific Atlanta 8300HD DVR unit connected to the Slingbox Pro using the HD connector. The firmware and player is up to date as of today.
I cannot access my HBO, Cinemax or any program on demand when the Time Warner Cable connection is pass through the Slingbox Pro. When I disconnect the Slingbox, it works fine.

When the Slingbox is attached, the internal DVR reading shows that the IP address is zero out, the Davic State and Set Top Mode are Broadcast only.

But when the Slingbox is disconnected, I have an IP address, the Davic State is "connected 2 way" and the mode is "Interactive."

I have read the slingcommunity board and apparently there's been issue with the On Demand with other users. But I could not find a fix.

Andy of Sling's tech support could not help. Can anyone help?
