I have a wifi network in place with (among other devices) an Airport Express set up as a bridge (or "client", i.e. not as a router) to stream my iTunes music to my stereo (my router is also an Airport Express, but that is another story). If I plug a Slingbox into the sole ethernet port on the Airport Express bridge (client), will it immediately and automatically be "seen" by the Slingplayer on my computer and be ready to use?

I know that viewing over the internet requires port forwarding and stuff, but I am not interested in that, only in making it work at home.

Many thanks in advance for any comments!

Hmm... I guess the lack of comments means that not many people are using the Airport Express as a wireless bridge... Frown

Yup it works.  Just got a Solo last night, hooked it up to the bridge and all was well.  All I had to do was restart the router and that was that.

Brilliant! I'll go down the same route then!

Cheers!
