The upload speed is very well, make sure to have good download speed in the mobile and you will be ready to go.

hi, i am thinking about bying a slingbox solo and slingbox mobile. MY upload speed is around 670-680. my download is around 2300. will this give me very good quality? Atleast enough to watch sports well?
from what i have read on other posts, for sports, 550 is what seems to be the bench mark for watching sports...i currently watch football at 390k.
thanks giys. my phone has the att 3g internet connection.is this good enough?
You will probably have a tough time getting your full upload speed on a phone. Sports could be a little hard to watch depending on what you're watching but you'll at least be able to keep up.
Slinging Tivo Series 2, Tivo HD, and TW cable from a Pro. Slinging Tivo HD from a Solo, Slinging Humax DRT800, and TW cable from a Classic to Sprint Mogul, AT&T SX66, N62, 8525, and Dell Inspiron 8600 with Sprint EVDO over Windstream DSL.
i have an att tilt. is there anyother internet cell service that would give me better results.
For best results, you want a device that offers you 3G service (for the GSM providers like T-Mobile or AT&T) or EVDO (preferably Rev A) for Verizon and Sprint.
And Edge phone from AT&T or T-Mobile will work but not all that well...
Slinging with a Slingbox Pro, a Slingbox Solo and a Slingbox Classic. 3 Replay TV units, a Roku HD1000 Photobridge and a Roku M2000 Soundbridge, an AppleTV, a Vudu, and digital cable. www.na9d.net
I have the HTC Tytn II which is the unbranded ATT Tilt. I use Slingplayer with my phone and it is awesome. What ROM are you running on the Tilt (just curious)? I view over WiFi and 3G ... HTH!
Oh yeah, you can try it free (Slingplayer Mobile) for 30 days. If it sucks, then don't buy it;) ... I love it.
