You drop this file into c:\program files\slingmedia\slingplayer\sbav Directory. 

Then when you run setup you choose other as the Satallite type and when you get to the part that you select the code  you enter it into the Alternate code field (S2000 I beleive it was).  Then test it use the power button on the screen. 

Not sure what your issue is I just used the link above and downloaded to my pc and unzipped it.
