Using a Treo 755p with the lastest Slingplayer Mobile download (v.1.0.0.17)(Trial), however, I am unable to change channels. The picture and audio are fine, and I can change channels from both of my other computers. When I attempt to change channels from my Treo I see that the status changes to "1 Pending" to "controlling" and then back to what I was watching. The channel never changes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I also noticed that there is nothing listed in my "Remote Control Functions". Everything is blank.

Any advice to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I tried contacting their (Slingbox) live chat, and the individual that I was interacting with was useless. Needless to say, it has been over seven months, and I still cannot change channels from my palm. Sorry.

I contacted slingmedia, the problem is when you use the remote control from the 80 other codes, the mobile software will not recognize that!!! It has to be from the previous device list not the codes!

Ok, now at least i know the problem, also i didn't see anyone in this community tackle this problem, i am not sure if they actually know about it, otherwise i hope there are some hacks to include the 80 codes with the mobile software. please someone with the experience maybe can help us.

P.S the only solution they provided is to fill in the survey and wait for updates for the software for your device to be included.
