Just like that.

My brother was using it in California and he said it started out really slow and then just stopped working.  All 3 Slinklink lights are on as are all of the lights on the Slingbox.  However now when he tries to connect he gets

So I installed Slingplayer on the computer here at home (where the Slingbox is) and got the same thing.  Unless the Slingbox changed it's IP Address I don't know what has happened.

I have unplugged/replugged the power for both of the Slinglinks if that is what you mean.  Should I try doing that with the Slingbox as well?

Yes, I unplugged/replugged the Slingbox and then hit Reset.  I had to redo the entire setup but my brother says it is working fine now
