You really need a minimum of 256 kbps for a good experience. Your DSL service probably can't get better than what you are seeing because you may be too far from your central office. DSL is highly dependent on the distance of the DSL loop. Your Sprint card is not going to be reliable and as cellular voice traffic in your locale varies, so will your speeds as voice calls get higher priority than data calls.

You should look for an internet service that can give you faster upload.
