When there are broadcasts in 16:9 there are always black beams, broadcasts in 4:3 don't have them. Here in the Netherlands a lot of broadcasts are in 16:9. When I change the aspect ratio in the menu to 16:9 the image becomes ugly wide so that this is not a solution. I can compare this with Elgato EyeTv where I can put the aspect ratio on automatic and everything goes well without black beams. But maybe there is some possibility to let disappear the black beams?
