This is just an observation. I went to the Sling accounts page to up date my email. 1. It would not let me change my email, 2. It required me to enter my Sling box model, I have a Solo, but the pull down box does not have Solo listed. I went to the support page thinking I could email or chat with support. There's no option for email that I could find on the contacts page and no general support section in the chat option. I would like to tell Sling directly they need to make some small changes, but I can't find any way to send general feedback.

Suggestions?
