Try to run the AV set up again, otherwise try another code like Dish Remore address 1 or 4, or under Dish choose other and then code seven.

Up until the last two weeks, both of the Slings I own were capable of using the Dish 622 remote. Although I don't think I've changed anything, now the remote doesn't work. The only remote I can use is the generic one (losing a lot of functionality). When I contacted tech support, they said that the remote for the 622 has NEVER worked! I don't get it. Anyone have any ideas how I can get the 622 remote back?
