Hey folks -

I was having problems with freezes and speed flux until today. I know the literature for the Solo says don't use a power strip. I don't thiknk the SLingLink lit does and I had the one connected to the Solo plugged in to a strip. When I plugged it into a regular outlet the upstream speed jumped from 650 to steady at 2900- 3400+ on the Solo screen. That has to account for something. I've been running the program now for a couple of hours and had no probs at all. I even increased the viewing quality level without interruption.

Bottom line, no power strips, no extension cords. The Solo and SlingLink need to be plugged in to outlets.

I'll report back if I experience difficulties as before.
