I have a Samsung Sch-i760 and using SlingPlayer with a COX Motorolla Cable Box.  When I pull up the control menu, the LIST and MENU buttons are greyed out.  Is there a fix for this?

That is a really cool phone, my wife has it and had no problems that I can recall, despite the i760 is not supported for Slingmedia, most of the times the phone updates give problems with the software on the phone, what I can recommend you is to check the windows mobile version that you're running if you have the Microsoft's latest version (6.1) than forget about to make the Slingbox work, because that update is more "buggy" than you can imagine, so just go back to version 6.0 and see if it makes any difference.

Is your firmware current on the SlingBox?

Slinging Tivo Series 2, Tivo HD, and TW cable from a Pro. Slinging Tivo HD from a Solo, Slinging Humax DRT800, and TW cable from a Classic to Sprint Mogul, AT&T SX66, N62, 8525, and Dell Inspiron 8600 with Sprint EVDO over Windstream DSL.

I wanted to bump this up rather than making a new thread... I have this issue. My "menu" button is greyed out on slingplayer mobile. It's been doing this since I started using the program a few months ago, and hasn't irritated me until I needed to access some functionality that isn't accessable without that button (that I know of...) so now I'm looking for a fix.

Device is an HTC 8925 (AT&T Tilt) running the OEM WM6 ROM. My provider is comcast and I have the HD DVR they offer all their customers in Boston with current firmware (it just auto-updated last week). My slingbox I believe has current firmware as well, since I updated when I installed installed a couple months back.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be occuring or any steps to correct the issue?

Thanks.

Does the button work in the desktop software? Are there multiple remote options for your STB?

-MegaZone, Sling Media Beta Manager
Slingbox Pro, HD Connect, TiVo Series3, TiVo Pioneer DVR-810H, SPM Treo 680, SP WinXP
(I also run GizmoLovers.com)
