Hi everyone,

What's the best type of screen protector for optimal Sling viewing?   I just bought a HTC Touch -- the screen protector that comes with it has a glare, so I am leaning toward replacing it with an anti-glare type; but many PDA phone owners on other forums swear by the "crystal clear" (i.e. glare) kind.  They weren't discussing the Slingplayer Mobile usage though -- does anyone have any experiences that they can share?

Thanks in advance!

I personally would love to hear if this would help your viewing. Right now I use a Blackberry 8830 and hate the glare. Let us know if you try something and how it works.

When I used to have a Treo 700W, I used the non-glare screen protector. It worked fine. On my iPAQ HX2790b, I have no screen protector since the PDA has a built in smoked plastic flip cover. The glare can be bad.

However, to me, glare is not the issue. It's the fact that these hand held devices are just not bright enough in full sunlight. I don't think an anti-glare screen protector would help that much if it's just too bright to view the video...
