If you're on basic cable your Slingbox should get all the same channels as on your TV, run again a channels scan on the Slingbox, but this time use a "Detailed Scan" to see if you can get all the channels, something that you didn't mention is the fact that if you received those channels before or never got them?

To run the "Detailed Scan" just go to the Slingbox properties and look for the audio/video settings, click "Change" and on the channels scan check the option "Detailed Scan" to see if you can get all the channels after this.
