Hi

We are using the Slingbox Solo for the laptop which works ok but the mobile won't work I tried loging in to the slingbox bymobile last night and this morning and after the time we get a massage "Unable to connect to slingbox. Make sure Slingbox is turned on and the Remote Viewing is enabled"

It worked two days ago I hope someone will be able to help us as we want the mobiles to stream while we are away on holiday soon.

Thanks

Martin & Jay

I was wondering too. What fixed it?

Have a Sansa device or MP3 player, then check out The latest!

I wrote an Email to them they replied with the problem Error code : 0x8007274C Blocked by NAT/firewall setting I phoned them then they guided me to a website then a box popped up, he told me to click run then they took over the computer I type my password and they did all the settings for the slingbox on my computer and it took a couple of minutes then it was sorted.

Hope this help

Martin
