Sorry to ear that, well if the tech support people tested out and worked, little actually they can do. Did you try to connect using the WAN IP, instead of the FID?

I recently setup a Slingbox Pro at home in the US due to a month long business trip to the UK. I went out to a wifi hotspot before I left to ensure that I was able to access the remote viewing. Everything worked fine in the US. When I got to the UK I tried to access my slingbox from the hotel and am having trouble. It connects fine and it says that it is streaming but I do not get any audio or video. The slingplayer indicates that it is streaming at 0 kbps. I contacted Slingbox tech support and they checked my remote viewing connection and indicated that it is fine from their end. That was all of the support I received!! Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this to work? If not, it is going to be a long 30 days. . . .

I'm not receiving an error. It says it's streaming but I get a black screen and no audio.
Run a speed test on the network to see if the problem is the connection speed that you're currently using, use the following link: http://speedtest.net
Check for the download speed.
