Hello,

 I have bought a SlingBox Pro and have been trying to set it up from both a Mac and Windows SlingPlayer clients with the following frustrating results:

- Problems:
 - Internal tuner (same with Taiwan, USA, ... settings):
   - Scanning OK (all channels detected), but:
    - Audio only on Mac! No audio on Windows...
    - No video image on both Windows and Mac
      During scanning and viewing: only a black rectangle can be
      seen...
    - When switching to another channel: not working...
      The caption changes from "Streaming" to "Controlling My
      Slingbox" then ".. Pending" then remains at "Optimizing" with
      the network speed falling to 0 Kbps... I have to disconnect and
      reconnect to swith to that channel (but always with audio only...)
 - A/V (Video 1 or 2):
  - Same as internal tuner:
   - Only audio on Mac...
   - Nothing in Windows...
