Just set up and things are not working just right.  I am uploading at home at 700 kbs and am on a network that downloads at 20 mbs so should be plenty fast.  Here are two problems: (1) when I play back recorded show I get a lot of jumping of video.  (2)show will jump ahead 20 sec and I have to back it up.  On (1) sling support says play with settings but there are an infinite number of settings so have anyone found a good set that work?  On (2) no help from support.
