I would reset the Slingbox by using the reset button on the back of the box. Then re-run the setup wizard. That should get you going.

My cableprovider has installed a new webstar modem dpc2203. After installing this I am no longer able to connect to my slingplayer (classic model). The former modem was Motorola modem and there was no problem connecting
My slingplayer is plugged in a router that is connected to the modem using a port (5001) that allow me to forward.
I googled the problem without any luck.
Any suggettions..?
