Can you setup the Lan ip address and port forwarding manually in your router for the Slingbox? I have seen this resolve a lot of problems.

Since I bought my Slingbox AV , I have been using a Netgear router and when ever I am out of town , I would get this error and had to setup the remote viewing again from home .
I called the slingbox customer support and they didnt have any answer . I just moved to Verizon FIOS last week and had the customer support person do my setup manually for the new router that Verizon gave us . The remote viewing was working until yesterday and I got this error again .
I searched these forums and couldnt get any answer except to restart the Router and SB. Is there a permanent solution for this ....
