My sling media product will not be detcted by my softwear I have the most current version. I have the sling media classic when i called the very nice gentleman on the phone after he tried many different things told me that it was either my anti virus the windows firewall or the windows defender or the parental controls witch i didn't even know existed Dose any one have a solution to this problem the sling box works when i connect remotely I just wish I would work PLEASE HELP!
