Hi everyone!

I bought a SlingBox a few days ago. We installed it in our home in the UK, popped the software onto our Mac, tested it and everything worked fine.

We then flew to Dubai where we work and enjoyed a whole day of watching great TV :)

But today we went to connect and it simply will not. We've checked all the settings here in Dubai and in the UK (we have a friend who checked it for us). I then thought it may be a Mac problem as I'd heard there was sometimes an issue with Leopard, so I installed the software onto my Windows based PC, but it won't connect that way either.

Everything is connected and working in the UK, all the lights are on, settings are the same as we were when we tested it. Same fo the Mac in Dubai.

I thought that perhaps is was an internet problem, but the lines at both ends are working fine. I also tried running a VPN and still nothing.

Why would it work one day and then stop? Please help, I'm tearing my hair out!
